Just want to say a massive thank You to World Wide Travel in Penrith for the amazing customer service I have received during COVID-19. I previously booked a holiday with this company to go to France with friends and due to the pandemic have had to cancel. All staff I have spoke to have been nothing but supportive and understanding.
